After meeting each client to better understand their specific needs, we prepare written search specifications that outline the responsibilities of the position and the qualifications necessary for a successful candidate. Each Consultant will also extensively screen candidate prospects by evaluating them on the basis of cultural fit within the client organization.
Every Recruiting Manager will personally meet and assess each candidate before presenting them to the client. Confidential written summaries are submitted on four or five individuals who fit the position specifications. The Consultant then schedules a mutually convenient meeting between the client and each candidate. After each interview, the Consultant contacts the client and the candidate for feedback. When the client makes their final selection, the Consultant will conduct extensive reference checks on the candidate. As the search concludes, the Consultant can assist in the structuring of the compensation package if the client wishes.
