Executive Assistant

The CEO of a prestigious wealth management company in San Francisco is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant with strong communication skills to be their right hand. High exposure to leading Executives in the industry, along with the opportunity to be a creative problem-solver and grow within the organization. This is a unique role, with the ability to work hand-in-hand supporting and collaborating with an innovative Executive in a fast-paced and high energy environment. The role does require travel to New York 1-2 weeks every month.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Heavy and complex calendar management
  • Management of a high volume of incoming calls, and internal and external correspondence
  • Tracking and submitting expense reports
  • High volume of domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Management of external Board memberships
  • Frequent interaction with Board members and Executive Management
  • Shareholder activities
  • Building of presentations/memos
  • Filtration of incoming submissions, reports, etc. and determine their significance/plan their distribution
  • Event planning and attendance
  • Liaison to family office for financial affairs
  • Personal and/or family assistance
  • Other administrative errands
