  • Manage Co-Founders’ calendars, and schedule internal and external meetings for our leadership team while being able to anticipate conflicts and solve scheduling issues with ease
  • Review, update and manage schedule with ruthless prioritization
  • Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics of all recurring meetings
  • Provide personal administrative support as needed
  • Proactively provide input for ways to improve structures and efficiencies
  • Assist with corporate travel and expense reporting for executives
  • Fulfill office management duties such as: manage office supply requests and day-to-day facilities concerns/requests; coordinate catering & food orders; welcome guests & visitors
  • Apply structure to the organization


  • Incredibly strong work ethic

  • Can collaborate effectively and operate as a team player
  • Must demonstrate ability to be highly organized and process oriented
